There are several thousand on-water and lake access properties around Lake Sinclair comfortably spread out over 400+ miles of shoreline.  There is a good selection of high quality properties currently on the market at various price ranges.  This makes now a very good time to be shopping.  There are a couple of demographic trends that could serve as a catalyst for increased development and price appreciation in the future.  These trends are the retirement of the Baby Boom Generation and continued population growth and migration to temperate climate states.

If you are new to the area, I would encourage you to spend a short time digesting the valuable information found in this website.  I have done my research and I believe Lake Sinclair is one of the most affordable large lakes in the region.  Just because Lake Sinclair is one of the most affordable lakes in the region does not mean the lake and the area is a good fit for you.  There is much to learn and much to consider.  I encourage you to work with a real estate agent that lives in the area if you decide to move beyond the preliminary investigation stage.  Agents that do not live in the area can't offer you the value of local insight.  If you choose me, you will find that I am brutally honest about properties that are listed around Lake Sinclair.  I have no desire to waste your time or mine by showing you properties that do not meet your requirements.
