Directions for Lake Sinclair MLS Database:

1.  Click on the blue link in the gray box that says Lake Sinclair MLS. 
2.  Select the type of property you are looking for.  You can only search for one type of property at a time.  Most people will want residential or vacant land/lots.
3.  Select the counties that are located on Lake Sinclair. (Hancock, Baldwin & Putnam)
4.  Click on next.
5.  Select or deselect the property types.  Most people will want single family or residential lot depending on what they selected in step 2.
6.  Input the remaining criteria, select "show water front properties only" if you want to exclude off-water properties and click next.  You might see an occasional listing for a property that is on water, but not on Lake Sinclair.  If nothing appears, recheck your criteria or expand your search criteria.
